After you register it will show you some options
on what course you would like to take.

The Health Care Provider Renewal course will cost you $17.50.

This course can take you 20 minutes to 3 hours
depending on your level of training.

After the course is finished it will print out a certificate of completion.

Now you have to contact me to be skill tested. 
The skill test will cost you $15.00 if you show-up to one
of my scheduled classes.  It will only take 15
minutes to do the testing.  You must bring your printed
certificate with you.  If you choose to show-up to a scheduled
class, please call me and let me know your coming.  I will have you
show up the last 15 minutes of the class to test you.

If you want me to come to you and test you the price will range
from $20.00 to $50.00.  Price depends on location and time of day. 
 I am very flexible and most prices will be within the $20.00 range.

If you have a group of people that have taken the course and
everyone can be tested at once I will lower the price to
$15.00 a person.  This is with groups of 4 or more.
